The Developer API and area feeds cover building permits, priced by how many you read or by the area you cover. The Signals add-on links early signals into projects, and Projects and Signals Pro adds a timeline for each project with its stage, the parties involved and alerts when something changes. Search building permits by location, date, type, value and the firms named on them, with a stable ID for every permit. Usage counts each distinct permit returned in a month, and reading a permit again costs nothing.

Industry packs
Signals are sold by state or by industry pack. A pack follows one kind of project wherever it appears, such as water and wastewater, energy and data centers, healthcare construction, or large projects over $50 million. How billing works
The Developer API counts each distinct permit returned in a calendar month, so reading the same permit again is free. Area feeds, signals and Pro are flat monthly prices with no count. These are introductory prices, billed monthly; annual discounts available.
